Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ANITA UDABOR. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. This policy deals with the shipping of cosmetics. Any eBook purchases do not require shipping. 

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the arrival of the package to one of the postal services.

 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

ANITA UDABOR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

International shipping policy

We are happy to offer international shipping. However, shipping is more expensive, than domestically. With that being said, free shipping will be offered to those spending over $150. Please allow 8-20 business days for shipping to international addresses. 

 

All of these transactions will be performed in the United States Dollar. We have a currency converter on our site for your reference.

ANITA UDABOR is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) As an international customer, be aware that we do all in our power to keep your package intact. However, your package may be subject to search with your country's customs department.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the items, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

We do not offer cancellations on any of our products. When paying electronically, money transfer happens within a matter of seconds. Please be sure to check your order before placing.

 

If you have an address change, please alert customer service at aucosmeticsinfo@gmail.com immediately. Please be sure to check your address before placing the order. Once the package is sent, we cannot change the address.
